Official Amador County criminal records must come from the office that keeps them. Court files, sheriff reports, jail bookings, and California criminal history summaries follow separate routes. The contacts below identify the proper government custodian. Amador County Criminal History is a private reference resource and cannot process an official request or provide a government record.

This Is Not a Government Office. This private reference resource cannot retrieve criminal records, conduct official checks, correct or remove a record, or receive an expungement filing. The responsible government agency must handle each service.
